The best PCI Compliance solution I've seen is from www.braintreeepaymentsolutions.com; however, they only deal with high volume merchants.

Thanks for the comments,

Thanks for the comments, everyone. Jason Preston has some additional thoughts about source blocks, and we are reaching out to some other people who may have some ideas about how to improve or promote source blocks.

Some questions to consider:

Are source blocks genuinely useful for writers and readers?

How could source blocks be improved?

What's the best way to evangelize the source blocks system?

Feel free to share your thoughts below.

Good grief - do people actually still believe the Al Gore/Internet myth or was he/she trying to funny?
That was debunked YEARS ago.

Why haven't all three of the

Why haven't all three of the US automakers taken their best front wheel drive motor (GM 3.8 Lt.) and placed them into their full size pickup and sell it as a cargo load vehicle only. Sensor's could be placed on the vehicle to detect pulling a trailer above a certain weight which would void the warrenty. The GM 3.8 motor gets 27 - 30 MPG in their cars and would likely get +24 in the pickups. They would need to beef up the transmission and look at a rear wheel drive system to allow for the 4 x 4 user's but at least they would have a pickup that gets has a high gas MPG rating. Most pickup drivers never haul anything and seldom pull a trailer but they like driving a pickup because they sit higher and are macho. Each US auto maker has a front wheel drive motor that gets pretty good gas mileage and I think they all missed the boat by not using it to their advantage.

Not only are they censoring

Not only are they censoring levels - without any reason given and any recourse possible - but the source for these deletions are other users complaining about levels through a mechanism called "Good Grief". Sony simply doesn't devote the manpower it needs to go into a detailed examination of each level reported and work with the author to save their work. Its easier to delete it.

The controversy reached such heights now on Sony's forums - and now the LittleBigWorkshop forums that Sony/MM have started deleting threads that discuss it - including Sony's own thread they started to explain their deletion -err moderation policy.

This is a HUGE black eye for Sony/MM. Now they are wondering why their sales are lower than expected on this title...

Hey get a clue - Sony/MM are srewing their customers...

With no economic report out

With no economic report out tomorrow and auto bail out vote pushed to December, tomorrow will depend on pressure from Asia and Europe trading day and potential bargain shoppers (if they have guts). Otherwise, Monday economic reports on existing home sales and housing price index will continue to put downward pressure. With an intraday criteria, this could very well happen as early as at open tomorrow or sometime Monday.

Closed on November 20 @ 7,552.29 (–444.99).

This prediction only requires the Dow to drop 266 more points to come true. Considering we have one more week to go - shoot, guys, this could happen tomorrow at this rate.

I gotta say, this Dan Lyons

I gotta say, this Dan Lyons comes off looking even more petty than that Swisher woman. Also, if you're doing all your reporting through a corporate PR department, as this guy evidently was, you pretty much deserve to get burned. But even so, things can also change a fair bit in a month. Why compound what seems to this objective observer a case of reportorial dereliction with childish outbursts and snotty blog posts? Newsweek, I think, is 100-percent right.

From

From http://seekingalpha.com/article/107094-blockbuster-inc-q3-2008-earnings-...

We have two stores now in pilot testing primarily again to gage consumer response. Second, we continue to explore the development of at home or living room solutions and in time for the holiday season we will be launching a set-top box that will be able to deliver Blockbuster VOD movie offerings powered by our movie link service. Our primary objective again in this arena is to measure consumer response to this offering.

On the subscription side, we have entertained various opportunities to build the subscription library but we have not yet gone down that path because first we want to have improved delivery mechanisms. Let’s face it, not a lot of people are downloading movies on their PC today and until we have a commercially viable set-top box which we think is some distance down the road, we’re not sure how many months or years it will take to have a commercially viable solution for the at home offering.

It would seem that any set top box will be part of a pilot for this holiday season using its MovieLink assets. A much wider release is more likely AFTER this holiday season.

@TIS, will pre-Dec 1 release for pilot be considered meeting judgment criteria? IMO, a prediction such as this should be for a wide distribution rather than a pilot.

Correct, for this prediction

Correct, for this prediction to come true there would have to be new money put up from Congress, which is what the automakers are seeking. Changing the terms or use of the previously approved money would not equal a favorable judgment to this prediction.
